New non-fiction, fiction, and children’s books are added monthly. Some new titles now available include:

 

Christian Life

  • All My Knotted-Up Life, by Beth Moore. Memoir of Beth Moore’s life and ministry.
  • Pray First: The Transformative Power of a Life Built on Prayer, by Chris Hodges. Looks at the power of prayer.
  • Take Back Your Joy, by Nicole Jacobsmeyer. Shares 10 steps to living as a joy-filled reflection of God’s faithfulness.

 

Christian Novels

  • Mercy Tree, by Sharlene MacLaren. Story set in 1950s Muskegon of a pastor who learns surprising news from his time in post-WWII Japan.
  • Novel Proposal, by Denise Hunter. Story of a struggling novelist who stays temporarily at a beach house.
  • Second Time Around, by Melody Carlson. Empty nester inherits a seaside tourist shop in Oregon.
  • Within These Walls of Sorrow, by Amanda Barratt. Set in Krakow, Poland pharmacy during the Nazi formation of a Jewish ghetto. Based on events at a real pharmacy.

  • Sparrow’s Prayer, by Roger Hutchison.

CMC Library is open Sundays and throughout the week for self-serve access to books and resources for adults and children. Volunteer staff are available after church on Sunday mornings to help or answer any questions you may have, or you may email.
