1. A letter of introduction including a brief summary of how you believe your gifts and ministry experiences may be a fit to serve as the next Lead Pastor of Preaching and Worship at Christ Memorial Reformed Church;
2. Your professional resume, highlighting your experience and strengths;
3. The completed RCA Minister Profile Form, required regardless of candidate’s denominational affiliation, which may be found at https://images.rca.org/docs/ministry/MinisterProfileForm.pdf.
