Immerse discussion groups are small groups of people, diverse in age and marital status, that provide a safe place to explore new insights and learnings that have come out of the weekly reading of your Immerse Bible. Groups will determine on their own the reading plan they will follow. Each time your group meets, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss these four questions based on the reading for that week:
- What stood out to you this week?
- Was there anything confusing or troubling?
- Did anything make you think differently about God?
- How might this change the way we live?
In preparation for your group time, you will want to think about these questions as you complete your reading assignment at home. Your group leader(s) will then help facilitate the discussion around these question when your group meets. The Immerse: Kingdoms Bible covers Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 & 2 Samuel, and 1 & 2 Kings. The Immerse: Prophets Bible covers Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Hosea, Amos, Obadiah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, and Zephaniah. ($10 per book)
