Holland Free Health Clinic provides health services, including dental, vision, mental health, substance use disorder treatment, diabetic education, and spiritual care, to the local medically- underserved population.
Health is viewed through a holistic lens, addressing the needs of the mind, body, and spirit, and emphasis is placed on disease prevention and education. Enabling individuals to sustain long-term health is the key to cultivating healthier communities and our programs empower patients to take control of their health by providing health education and healthy lifestyle resources. All services are provided free of charge, as we believe in breaking down barriers so that all individuals have access to the health care they need.
Since the clinic’s inception in 2002, it has provided over $16,000,000 in life-changing services to our community. Our volunteer structure allows us to provide a large return value in services on a small budget, as healthcare providers, college students, and community members donate their time and experience to the clinic. We are so thankful for Christ Memorial Church’s continued support and prayers as we seek to embody Jesus’ healing ministry to our community.
