Meeting September 9 – December 2 (11 sessions) (not meeting October 28)
Leader: Glenn Wagner
In the adult wing – room to be determined
Even strong believers can have times where they struggle with their faith or wonder where God is in their life. Have you or someone you know lost their faith or are losing their faith, or would you like to help others who struggle with their faith in God? Then this study and discussion of Glenn Wagner’s book, “God Incidents: Real Life Stories to Strengthen and Resort Your Faith” is for you! Wagner offers honesty, empathy, and inspiration from four decades of global pastoral experience. Exploring lessons from the Bible and sharing real life experiences of some of the many different ways that God is made known, the book is written so that so those who doubt God and those who seek to help them may find new perspectives for living. The class will require 14 pages of reading per week and invite weekly participation in class discussions assisted by study questions found in the back of the book. (Book cost: $10)
