Transitions 2011 – 2015

Rev. Mike Pitsenberger left in January 2011 and Rev. Steve Vander Molen became the interim senior pastor.

Rev. Todd Van Ek was installed as the eighth lead pastor at Christ Memorial on March 18, 2012. Under his brief leadership, the church’s mission statement, “Transformed lives transforming our worlds in Jesus’ name” was adopted. The church’s vision of “Becoming a Christian community of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and cultures dedicated to having the mind of Christ in order to live as the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus wherever we go” was reinforced. Rev. Todd Van Ek left on August 31, 2014, to become the President of Mission India.

Rev. Joel Giles arrived in December of 2014 as specialized transition pastor.
